I hope you’re all keeping well and enjoying some sunshine. Just a little check-in and a few helpful reminders, especially about how to use the booking app—and some updates too!
💇♀️ Price Update – From 1st August
Due to rising costs of materials and general inflation, I’ve made the difficult decision to apply a small 10% increase to treatment prices. I know we’re all feeling the pinch right now, and this wasn’t easy—but I really appreciate your understanding and continued support.
📅 Availability
I’ll mainly be working Fridays and Saturdays for the rest of the year. I do have some time off booked in August (holiday time!) and a few extra days off for special occasions, including some weddings!
If you’re ever having trouble with the booking app, just pop a message in the inbox on the app page and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
📝 Handy Booking Tips & Reminders
🌿 ARRIVAL INFO
To make parking easier, download the ‘Pay by Phone’ app in advance. It’s great for stress-free parking. If you’re early, there’s also free parking on nearby side streets around the Bailgate area.
If the door is closed, just press the buzzer—there are Pilates and Physio sessions running throughout the day.
📲 MAKING APPOINTMENTS
The booking app is super simple:
✓ Select the day
✓ Choose your treatment
✓ Pick your time
Can’t find a slot? Add yourself to the cancellation list—it works brilliantly and alerts you as soon as something becomes free.
💬 NEW FEATURE – Leave Me a Note
You can now leave a message when requesting a booking! This really helps me know if I need to open extra hours to accommodate you. I love this new feature—it’s great for both of us!
You’ll also get a reminder 24 hours before your appointment via text and email. (Please check you’re signed up to my email list so you don’t miss out!)
⚠️ Patch Tests for Colour
A gentle reminder: if it’s been more than 12 weeks since your last colour treatment with me, you’ll need a patch test at least 48 hours before your next colour appointment.
