🍂 Autumn Update from Hair on the Lawn 🍂
Hello lovely ladies (and gents!),
As autumn settles in and the nights start drawing in, I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for all your support this year. Whether I've seen you every few weeks or just occasionally, I genuinely appreciate every appointment, every recommendation, and every lovely chat we've shared in the salon.
Hair on the Lawn has always been about much more than hair for me. It's a place to catch up, laugh, put the world to rights, and hopefully leave feeling a little more like yourself. So thank you for continuing to let me be a small part of your lives.
🍁 Some Exciting News is Coming...
Many of you have been asking what my plans are moving forward, and whilst I'm not quite ready to share everything just yet, I wanted to let you know that there are some exciting changes ahead for Hair on the Lawn.
It's something I've been thinking about for quite some time, and I can't wait to tell you all more very soon. I'm incredibly excited about this next chapter and I'd love for you to be part of the journey.

📅 Autumn & Winter Appointments
As many of you know, I'm currently working mainly on Fridays and Saturdays, and those appointments do fill up quickly as we head towards Christmas.
If you'd like appointments booked in for the festive season, I'd really recommend getting them secured sooner rather than later, especially if you're planning colours or longer services.
📲 Booking Made Easy
A quick reminder that my booking app is the quickest and easiest way to grab an appointment.
If you can't see a suitable appointment available, please don't panic! Pop yourself onto the cancellation list. It genuinely works really well and you'll be notified as soon as something becomes available.
And if technology isn't behaving itself, just send me a message through the app and I'll do my best to help.
💬 Leave Me a Note
One feature I've been loving recently is the option to leave me a note when you request an appointment.
If you're flexible on times, hoping for a specific day, or need something a little different, just let me know. It helps me understand demand and occasionally open up extra availability where I can.
🚗 Before You Visit
To make parking easier, I'd recommend downloading the PayByPhone app before your appointment.
If you arrive a little early, there is often free parking available on nearby side streets around the Bailgate area.
And if the door looks closed when you arrive, just ring the buzzer. There are often Pilates or Physio sessions taking place elsewhere in the building.
🎨 Colour Clients
Just a little reminder that if it's been more than 12 weeks since your last colour appointment, you'll need a patch test at least 48 hours before your next colour service.
This keeps everything safe and ensures your appointment can go ahead smoothly.

I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful group of clients, and I look forward to catching up with you all over the coming months.
